Best barn gloves I've ever hadDec 05, 2009
By S. Frederick I have just ordered my fourth pair of these gloves. I use them to stay warm during barn chores and riding all winter here in Pennsylvania. They even keep my hands dry when cleaning hay from water buckets. They are heavy duty enough to stack wood yet fine enough to have an accurate touch on the reins. One pair usually lasts me through 2 winters, November through March, for daily hard use. They are the only winter chore gloves I buy.

Been using these for about a month now pretty much every day, they are warm and thin enough to ride in and do all the barn work i need to as well as being semi water resistant. If i get a few drips of water on my hands it dosen't soak through and i don't have freezing hands the rest of the day.

Good for farm workFeb 16, 2007
By L. Frisone On the farm where I'm working, I needed good leather gloves to wear to protect my hands from splinters and thorns and these gloves were perfect. They are also really good riding gloves and I enjoy using them in my riding lessons.

Attractive but runs largeMar 12, 2011
By June Scholl These gloves are very nice looking and the leather is soft and supple. They are not as close fitting as most riding gloves and are harder to work with in cold weather when bridling, saddling, etc. In a perfect world, they would be a bit warmer too but no glove I've tried keeps my fingers warm in winter!
Nice gloves, but they were stolenJan 29, 2012
By roberto The gloves appeared to be well made and looked very nice. My wife got many compliments on the the first day she wore them out riding with her regular trail ride group. Problem was, I guess someone else thought they were pretty nice too, as they were stolen fromt he barn while she was putting up her horse. May have to go to the Dover store to replace so as to avoid the shipping charges.
