We have bought new boots every year for our son. He is now 4 and these are the ones that we got this year. They are great for the price and look just like they do in the picture.

We measured my daughters foot and followed the sizing guidelines. When the boots arrived they were too big. It was a hassle to try and get a phone number as none was listed on the packing slip, nor was any return or exchange inforamtion. I finally reached customer service and was told to outline my daughters foot and return them for an exchange. I called a week later to check the status of the exchange and was told it was at the bookkeepers for a refund. I explained it was for an exchange and she said she needed my credit card number to ship the exchange back to me because that is how they are able to keep prices low. So, I would have had to paid for shipping three times! Poor customer service.
