Blanket performs as expectedJan 24, 2011

First of all, the materials here are not acceptable for a horse blanket. Like most horse blankets "rip-stop" nylon does not perform as it is named. My pony doesn't roll a lot but the other horses easily rip this blanket with their teeth.
Secondly, the blanket sizes run large, so be aware of that.
As far as performance, the blanket is waterproof, keeps the pony warm and dry, and does not twist in rolling. It is a solid design. And it is so cheap, I bought two, and just rotate when one needs patching/cleaning.
